This stunning 3 level contemporary single family home was completed the end of 2015. Everything is new! House is located on a bluff with gorgeous views of Lake Michigan from virtually every room in the house. Property includes 200ft of private beach (NOTE: there are 225 stairs down to beach). 7 bedrooms (1 bunk room), 5 1/2 baths, 2 separate entertainment areas. Perfect for 2 or 3 families. Kitchen and main living area are on the 2nd floor with a HUGE wrap around deck with spectacular views. There are two 3rd floor Master suites with huge bathrooms and their own 3rd floor deck. Sunset viewing and fires on the beach a must!
Our house has the best of both worlds...private lakefront get away from the hustle and bustle, but it is only 5 miles north of downtown St. Joseph. St. Joe is a GREAT harbor town with nice restaurants, adorable shops, and an old-fashioned dime store. Very family friendly with a indoor merry-go-round and hands-on kid's museum steps from the beach. World class golf, vineyards/wine tasting, and u-pick apples and peaches. Come check it out!!

Summary: We came for a long weekend for a milestone birthday celebration. Ten people, three generations. The house was amazing. Really spectacular. Beware, the beach was very pretty, but the stairs to the beach are steep and uneven. It can also get windy on the deck, making grilling a challenge.

Summary: They offer a very beautiful modern house, and the best view of the Lake Michigan. The house is very clean and we really appreciated the white impeccable linen! Kitchen is well equipped. Fire pit was great, and has a best location on the property. We enjoyed the private beach and the beach chairs every day, despite the number of steps. We spent most of our time on the beautiful big terrace with enough sitting for the whole grup to eat together. The owner responded very quickly to our questions. Everyone was happy with this property and we are all planning to return next year. Thank you for renting it!!
